Dr Brooks was professional, knowledgeable and kind. She was very through in her preparation and gave my child constructive advice to how to improve her lifestyle and cope with the difficulties she currently has.
I would recommend her to any friend's who were concerned about their child.

I felt supported throughout my preassessment, assessment, titration period and after-appointment. I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism with any questions I had regarding my experience before and during titration answered promptly and reassuringly.
I think the service I received was first-rate. I can honestly think of no criticisms. There was a long wait of course but that wasn't the fault of Psychiatry UK or any other service dealing with the overwhelming demand for ADHD or autism diagnoses.

I could not have asked for a better experience. After years of negative mental health drs appointments and being not heard psychiatry uk has honestly saved my life . They are professional , kind and understanding. My prescriber Denise was wonderful and would be so patient and explain extra things all the time for me when I had a hard time understanding something . She would always be available to talk and was quick to respond.
Having adhd means that situations like forms and emails can be so stressful and anxiety ridden but I didn’t get that at all with psychiatry uk it’s a brilliant set up for patients to use . Thank you again

Waited a year for a useless teams call and not even diagnosed with what I know I have. Extremely disheartening

So grateful to DR Asif for my diagnosis and his patience along the way. My titration was long due to health conditions and sensitivities however the team along with Dr Asif were patient and honest with the best route to ensure my health was taken care of in addition to handling my adhd. This diagnosis has helped me finally enjoy family life and exceed in my career ten folds within the last 6 months. The last year has been life changing but I’m so greatful for it. Thank you Dr Asif and the psychiatry uk team!

The psychiatrist I spoke to explained each step that we went through during the assessment, including why he was asking and the rationale behind it. I felt that he had looked through my notes thoroughly before the call, and listened to what I was saying during the appointment.

I was treated with respect and dignity, and their responses were always timely (far more timely than my own) and informative. The process was simple enough and I never felt that I was being a burden or that it was too much of a burden on me. I was rarely unsure of anything, and if I was it was easy to ask someone and receive a quick response. Being notified of a new message via text made sure I didn't forget to do anything required of me.
My one issue is with the amount of forms sent out, but even then they were easy to fill out and find. I struggle a lot if I receive too much communication/information, but I feel that this was as easy as it could be.
